REFUNDS & RETURNS

The short version
Unworn, unwashed items with tags attached can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Final-sale drops and archive reissues cannot be returned.
1. Return window
You have 30 days from delivery to initiate a return. We don't accept returns on items delivered more than 30 days ago.
2. Condition requirements
- Unworn, unwashed, unaltered.
- All original tags and packaging attached.
- No smells (cologne, smoke), stains, or pet hair.
3. Non-returnable items
- Items marked FINAL SALE or LIMITED at time of purchase.
- Archive/reissue drops.
- Anything in the Drops section unless explicitly flagged otherwise.
- Gift cards.
4. How to start a return
- Email returns@archiveshops.com with your order number (starts with
#) and the reason. - We reply within 2 business days with a prepaid return label (domestic US) or instructions (international).
- Drop the package at the carrier within 7 days of getting the label.
- Refund hits your card within 5–10 business days of us receiving it back.
5. Exchanges
We don't do direct swaps. Return the item for a refund and place a new order for the correct size/color — that way you lock in stock immediately.
6. Damaged, defective, or wrong item
Email returns@archiveshops.com within 7 days of delivery with photos. We cover return shipping and send a replacement or full refund — your choice.
7. Lost in transit
If tracking shows "delivered" but you didn't receive it, wait 48 hours (carriers sometimes mark early) then email us with the order number. We'll open a claim with the carrier and get you sorted.
8. International returns
You are responsible for return shipping and any customs fees on international returns. Use a trackable carrier — we can't refund items we don't receive.
